"At giveStrength we have always believed in the power of giving - no matter who you are or what circumstance you find yourself in, you have something to give. What started out as a fitness brand has evolved into something so much bigger - we understand that wellness isn't just about pushups and eating your veggies, so we developed services and brought in experts to help you in all 5 giveStrength Wellness Pillars: Mind, Body, Finance, Connection, and Contribution. We want to prove to you that you've got what it takes to #giveasweat.

What does #giveasweat mean?

Well, it's a little different for everyone.
For some, it means crushing a PR in a triathlon or losing those last ten pounds.
Some live the give a sweat life by getting that promotion or starting their new business.
For others it means finally finding a way to fuel their body properly, fill their bank account, or feed their soul to the brim.

It means you care about your body, your soul, and your world - but it doesn't stop there:

Our Founders
Stephanie Jameson:
Stephanie established herself in the Los Angeles wellness community by working with brands such as lululemon, Reebok, Carbon38, Koia, Disney, Legendary Pictures, OpenX, and Warner Music Group. She is a public speaker, published fitness writer, certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and holds a Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell School at Cornell University. 

After struggling for over a decade with an eating disorder, Stephanie realized that the only way to beat it was to become well versed in fitness, nutrition, and ultimately mindset and loving self discipline. She believes that your journey to wellness should only add to your quality of life, never detract from it. She has coached clients through debt, entrepreneurship, and physical health goals, and thrives off of seeing others succeed.

Bradley Rancourt:
After losing 100 pounds and becoming an Ironman & ultramarathoner, Bradley realized that he had a lot to give to people on their wellness journeys. This coaching evolved into helping clients and students learn how to set goals, crush them, and celebrate their successes in all areas of life. As a certified personal trainer and triathlon coach, he helped hundreds of clients find out just how much they are capable of and how strong they can be, and as a business coach he has helped entrepreneurs avoid mishaps and find profitability.
